In 1925, Edward Otto Weber started a small residential paint company. With success of the company, Edward started hiring, incorporated the business, became a union paint shop, and built a new shop location in Glendale, WI. Eventually his two sons, Edward Otto Weber Jr. and James F. Weber joined the family company. Jack Beerman joined the corporation as a third officer after the move to the Glendale location in the 1950's. Edward Otto Weber Sr. retired in the late 1960's. Edward Otto Jr., James F. Weber, and Jack Beerman moved forward with the corporation bringing their own three sons into the business. Edward J. Weber, Jim Weber, and John Beerman all came on board in the early 1970's and continued to grow the family-based business for many years.
In 1994, Jim Weber moved to California. In 1996, James F. Weber retired. In 1999, John Beerman retired as well. In 2001, Edward Otto Weber Jr. passed away. In 2003, Jack Beerman retired.
Since then Edward J. Weber has continued to run his grandfather's business with the original basis around family. Edward J. Weber's two sons, Josh and Matt, work for the company. Edward J. Weber's daughter, Kristen, manages the office in Mequon.
